Nursing workforce resilience is shaped by interacting personal, professional, and organisational conditions. Understanding those relationships requires more than a dashboard: it calls for a defensible analytical framework, careful treatment of data, and models that remain interpretable in context.
My contribution
I am contributing to the data analysis and modelling aspects of the research. This includes supporting the path from structured research questions to analysis-ready data and appropriate modelling choices.

Working principles
The study is still in progress, so this page intentionally avoids unvalidated sample sizes, performance figures, and preliminary claims. Results will only be added when the research team has completed the relevant validation and approved public communication.
